<section id="HA5A2411DA7A14D26941317571B83AC20" section-type="section-one"><enum>1.</enum><header>Short title</header><text display-inline="no-display-inline">This Act may be cited as the <quote><short-title>Restoring the Caloosahatchee River: A Legacy for Florida</short-title></quote>.</text></section> 
<section id="HEE830D3631D9486BBD4FE7201042CFAC" section-type="subsequent-section"><enum>2.</enum><header>West basin reservoir</header><text display-inline="no-display-inline">Section 601(b)(2) of the Water Resources Development Act of 2000, 114 Stat. 2682, is amended—</text> 
<paragraph id="H15EBDD9EAC3646A894CA6EB0CF368656"><enum>(1)</enum><text>in subparagraph (C)—</text> 
<subparagraph id="HF0CFDBBBFE7D4B439C06E59100F21F6D"><enum>(A)</enum><text>by striking the first dollar amount and inserting <quote>$1,545,918,000</quote>;</text></subparagraph> 
<subparagraph id="H8B530300DA9A45E1AEDA9D8F1D522297"><enum>(B)</enum><text>by striking the second dollar amount and inserting <quote>$772,959,000</quote>;</text></subparagraph> 
<subparagraph id="HA220388D579F45D1862B61CCE35F9E3D"><enum>(C)</enum><text>by striking the third dollar amount and inserting <quote>$772,959,000</quote> and</text></subparagraph></paragraph> 
<paragraph id="HBA8A93974975463FAA91E7AA9C355734"><enum>(2)</enum><text>by adding at the end of subparagraph (C) the following:</text>

<clause id="H832C989FAF1147C2A85C45C04F006481"><enum>(xii)</enum><text>C–43 Basin Storage Reservoir and Aquifer Storage and Recovery Project (Phase I—West Basin Reservoir), at a total cost of $445,000,000, with an estimated Federal cost of $222,500,000 and an estimated non-Federal cost of $222,500,000, and, with water quality improvement features determined necessary by the Secretary to achieve the restoration of the ecosystem.</text></clause><after-quoted-block>.</after-quoted-block></quoted-block> </paragraph></section>
