<section id="H08D09583904E4BB8B404B333E09274A" section-type="section-one" display-inline="no-display-inline"><enum>1.</enum><header>Two year moratorium on new Indian casinos</header><text display-inline="no-display-inline">The Secretary of the Interior shall not approve any new Tribal-State compacts for gaming under the Indian Gaming Regulatory Act (<external-xref legal-doc="usc" parsable-cite="usc/25/2701">25 U.S.C. 2701 et seq.</external-xref>) until after the date that is 2 years after the date of the enactment of this Act.</text></section>
