<section id="H48C6CBC8DD3C42B9B9460058A8CCF0B4" section-type="section-one" display-inline="no-display-inline"><enum>1.</enum><header>Administrative costs of commodity distribution on indian reservations</header><text display-inline="no-display-inline">Section 4(b) of the Food Stamp Act of 1977 (<external-xref legal-doc="usc" parsable-cite="usc/7/2013">7 U.S.C. 2013(b)</external-xref>) is amended by inserting the following before the period at the end: </text>

<quoted-block-continuation-text quoted-block-continuation-text-level="subsection">, except that the Secretary shall pay not less than $35,000,000 in fiscal year 2008 (and in each subsequent fiscal year as adjusted to reflect changes for the 12-month period ending the preceding November 30 in the Consumer Price Index for All Urban Consumers published by the Bureau of Labor Statistics of the Department of Labor) for the administrative costs of such distribution on Indian reservations by a State agencies or tribal organizations </quoted-block-continuation-text><after-quoted-block>.</after-quoted-block></quoted-block></section> 
<section id="H911CC0E1061A43AEA1F3F4DEDF97E1"><enum>2.</enum><header>Survey of foods purchased by school authorities with Federal cash assistance</header> 
<subsection id="HAA25D1077D924CB6001B121829A8E55F"><enum>(a)</enum><header>Survey required every five years</header><text>In fiscal year 2008, and every five fiscal years thereafter, the Secretary of Agriculture shall carry out a nationwide survey on the foods purchased by school authorities with Federal cash assistance. Each survey shall cover the purchases made during the preceding fiscal year.</text></subsection> 
<subsection id="H8BA65D7491FD4A829C805B14CA64C0E0"><enum>(b)</enum><header>Report required</header><text>Not later than February 1 of each fiscal year in which a survey is required to be carried out, the Secretary shall submit to Congress a report on the results of the survey.</text></subsection> 
<subsection id="H4C6B8A1E8D93405C8FB413F3D305CBB7"><enum>(c)</enum><header>Funding</header><text>For each fiscal year in which a survey is required to be carried out, $3,000,000 of the amounts appropriated or otherwise made available to the Secretary for that fiscal year shall be available only to carry out this section.</text> </subsection></section> 
<section id="HACE0134D10F4497D98A5171510560092" section-type="subsequent-section"><enum>3.</enum><header>Funding for free lunch and breakfast eligibility pilot program</header><text display-inline="no-display-inline">Section 18(k) of the Richard B. Russell National School Lunch Act (<external-xref legal-doc="usc" parsable-cite="usc/42/1769">42 U.S.C. 1769(k)</external-xref>) is amended by adding at the end the following:</text>

<paragraph id="H0074AF18BC2649CDBBE9E2E3FF9D546"><enum>(5)</enum><header>Mandatory transfers of funds</header><text>Out of any funds in the Treasury not otherwise appropriated, the Secretary of the Treasury shall transfer to the Secretary of Agriculture, to remain available until expended—</text> 
<subparagraph id="HDB7F3370A8AC483BA211774BBA84D45E"><enum>(A)</enum><text>on October 1, 2007, $10,000,000 to carry out paragraph (1);</text></subparagraph> 
<subparagraph id="HB10C6554DF2640958E31A858F93B46DF"><enum>(B)</enum><text>on October 1, 2008, $10,000,000 to carry out paragraph (1); and</text></subparagraph> 
<subparagraph id="H517A2D9173CD44B5B9CEE4A1B8C6C189"><enum>(C)</enum><text>on October 1, 2009, $3,000,000 to carry out paragraph (3).</text></subparagraph></paragraph><after-quoted-block>.</after-quoted-block></quoted-block></section>
