Payment rate for direct payments for wheat for 2008 through 2012 crop years

The payment rate to be used to make any direct payments with respect to wheat for the 2008 through 2012 crop years under section 1103 of the Farm Security and Rural Investment Act of 2002 (7 U.S.C. 7913) or any successor provision of law shall be $1.20 per bushel.
