<section id="HBA9683BC9EBA4A15AF74C0767167FD87" section-type="section-one"><enum>1.</enum><header>Short title</header><text display-inline="no-display-inline">This Act may be cited as the <quote><short-title>Promotion Responsibility for Our U.S. Aviation Act of 2007</short-title></quote>.</text></section> 
<section id="HC4DE6DCFC657417A9E97163CB86269D7" display-inline="no-display-inline"><enum>2.</enum><header>Federal aviation administration mission to promote civil aeronautics</header><text display-inline="no-display-inline"><external-xref legal-doc="usc" parsable-cite="usc/49/40101">Section 40101(d)</external-xref> of title 49, United States Code, is amended—</text>
<paragraph id="HAF6DF6FD9F7E49378E76C000BAE6FC4C"><enum>(1)</enum><text>in paragraph (2) by inserting <quote>and its development</quote> after <quote>safety</quote>; and</text></paragraph>
<paragraph id="H7695BA7B1CC9447EA1166CD2D58BBD89"><enum>(2)</enum><text>in paragraph (3) by inserting <quote>, promoting,</quote> after <quote>encouraging</quote>.</text></paragraph></section>
