		<official-title display="yes">To revise the boundary of the Carl Sandburg
		  Home National Historic Site in the State of North Carolina, and for other
		  purposes.</official-title>

		<section display-inline="no-display-inline" id="HD1995075D91A4AB690AA958000C4F083" section-type="section-one"><enum>1.</enum><header>Short title</header><text display-inline="no-display-inline">This Act may be cited as the
			 <quote><short-title>Carl Sandburg Home National Historic
			 Site Boundary Revision Act of 2007</short-title></quote>.</text>
		</section><section id="HC0B25EA66CC84D688E06FE225DF5A8BF"><enum>2.</enum><header>Definitions</header><text display-inline="no-display-inline">For the purposes of this Act:</text>
			<paragraph id="H2E28CA3F9B2142129EE023D46263928B"><enum>(1)</enum><header>Map</header><text>The
			 term <term>map</term> means the map entitled <quote>Sandburg Center
			 Alternative</quote> numbered 445/80,017 and dated April 2007.</text>
			</paragraph><paragraph id="H41EBD766930E44719CC62FECE773F5B5"><enum>(2)</enum><header>Secretary</header><text>The
			 term <term>Secretary</term> means the Secretary of the Interior.</text>
			</paragraph><paragraph id="H2DAD45D38DE543518E3C44D15F5793C2"><enum>(3)</enum><header>Historic
			 site</header><text>The term <term>Historic Site</term> means Carl Sandburg Home
			 National Historic Site.</text>
			</paragraph></section><section id="H0F2FD4AFEE2F470993C4DF425BD98EC3"><enum>3.</enum><header>Carl sandburg
			 home national historic site boundary adjustment</header>
			<subsection id="HA769623146B3466C9128B762F2E9C324"><enum>(a)</enum><header>Acquisition
			 authority</header><text>The Secretary may acquire from willing sellers by
			 donation, purchase with donated or appropriated funds, or exchange not more
			 than 110 acres of land, water, or interests in land and water, within the area
			 depicted on the map, to be added to the Historic Site.</text>
			</subsection><subsection id="H5BB9CA9A744E43BBAD91D0CFF23E007B"><enum>(b)</enum><header>Visitor
			 center</header><text>To preserve the historic character and landscape of the
			 site, the Secretary may also acquire up to five acres for the development of a
			 visitor center and visitor parking area adjacent to or in the general vicinity
			 of the Historic Site.</text>
			</subsection><subsection id="H253D56231186448297001CC2048800D3"><enum>(c)</enum><header>Boundary
			 revision</header><text>Upon acquisition of any land or interest in land under
			 this section, the Secretary shall revise the boundary of the Historic Site to
			 reflect the acquisition.</text>
			</subsection><subsection id="H74A9B2D47F6542CEA18567D4C7EDF550"><enum>(d)</enum><header>Availability of
			 map</header><text>The map shall be on file and available for public inspection
			 in the appropriate offices of the National Park Service.</text>
			</subsection><subsection id="HE0688C61A5304B91A000E84516FA46C9"><enum>(e)</enum><header>Administration</header><text>Land
			 added to the Historic Site by this section shall be administered as part of the
			 Historic Site in accordance with applicable laws and regulations.</text>
