		<official-title display="yes">To authorize the display of the Senate

		  Leadership Portrait Collection in the Senate Lobby.</official-title>

	<preamble commented="no">

		<whereas commented="no"><text display-inline="yes-display-inline">Whereas

			 the objective of the Senate Leadership Portrait Collection is to commemorate

			 the distinguished service to the Senate and the Nation of those Senators who

			 have served as Majority Leader, Minority Leader, or President pro tempore: Now,

			 therefore, be it</text>

		</whereas></preamble>

	<resolution-body display-resolving-clause="yes-display-resolving-clause" style="OLC">

		<section commented="no" display-inline="yes-display-inline" id="ID76F3D468E7E547398372F7911D7462E6" section-type="undesignated-section"><text display-inline="yes-display-inline">That</text>

			<subsection commented="no" display-inline="yes-display-inline" id="idFB234BAB92564BFEA6A5541B0A20E291"><enum>(a)</enum><text display-inline="yes-display-inline">portraits in the Senate Leadership Portrait

			 Collection may be displayed in the Senate Lobby at the direction of the Senate

			 Commission on Art in accordance with guidelines prescribed pursuant to

			 subsection (d).</text>

			</subsection><subsection commented="no" display-inline="no-display-inline" id="ID1CFF248C4A3042E780D5EC006736FD3B"><enum>(b)</enum><text display-inline="yes-display-inline">The Senate Leadership Portrait Collection

			 shall consist of portraits selected by the Senate Commission on Art of Majority

			 or Minority Leaders and Presidents pro tempore of the Senate.</text>

			</subsection><subsection commented="no" display-inline="no-display-inline" id="ID2119D87CCDFB4A2CB44152D2CB09E474"><enum>(c)</enum><text display-inline="yes-display-inline">Any portrait for the Senate Leadership

			 Portrait Collection that is acquired on or after the date of adoption of this

			 resolution shall be of an appropriate size for display in the Senate Lobby, as

			 determined by the Senate Commission on Art.</text>

			</subsection><subsection commented="no" display-inline="no-display-inline" id="ID4F2802812CFF44AE8D5482AABCB18148"><enum>(d)</enum><text display-inline="yes-display-inline">The Senate Commission on Art shall

			 prescribe such guidelines as it deems necessary, subject to the approval of the

			 Committee on Rules and Administration, to carry out this resolution.</text>
