		<official-title>Providing for corrections to the enrollment of the bill
		  S. 2590.</official-title>

	<resolution-body>
		<section display-inline="yes-display-inline" id="ID56411F772C5E4D2DB41D3AA8FF120314" section-type="undesignated-section"><enum></enum><text>That, in the enrollment of the bill
			 S. 2590, the Secretary of the Senate shall make the following
			 corrections:</text>
			<paragraph id="ID27FC42036A56446E86AAE26F00E6AE5E"><enum>(1)</enum><text>In section 2(a),
			 strike paragraphs (2) and (3) and insert the following:</text>
				<quoted-block id="ID253297639C7E4F6AA223E12AF250B798" style="OLC">
					<paragraph id="ID1E89284B20654327ACF1F91210443787"><enum>(2)</enum><header>Federal
				award</header><text>The term <term>Federal award</term>—</text>
						<subparagraph id="ID38877A92831646C0A5B121F52C8E527B"><enum>(A)</enum><text>means Federal
				financial assistance and expenditures that—</text>
							<clause id="IDE2D19EC4559C42E6952C46ABD0362DE4"><enum>(i)</enum><text>include grants,
				subgrants, loans, awards, cooperative agreements, and other forms of financial
				assistance;</text>
							</clause><clause id="ID28CD8B571614429BB80E04C9BCCACBED"><enum>(ii)</enum><text>include
				contracts, subcontracts, purchase orders, task orders, and delivery
				orders;</text>
							</clause></subparagraph><subparagraph id="IDF199E056A2324EA79027CD062E969B0E"><enum>(B)</enum><text>does not include
				individual transactions below $25,000; and</text>
						</subparagraph><subparagraph id="IDD1A27032C44B4D9FAE7D0F615E35299B"><enum>(C)</enum><text>before October 1,
				2008, does not include credit card transactions.</text>
						</subparagraph></paragraph><paragraph id="IDEF7CF246B1AE41EBAE419B9056DAE3E4"><enum>(3)</enum><header>Searchable
				website</header><text>The term <term>searchable website</term> means a website
				that allows the public to—</text>
						<subparagraph id="IDCE7BB141CFE14B5B84A68168732B1568"><enum>(A)</enum><text>search and
				aggregate Federal funding by any element required by subsection (b)(1);</text>
						</subparagraph><subparagraph id="ID7212A8A77A9D4707B0F42F1C456B9EEE"><enum>(B)</enum><text>ascertain through
				a single search the total amount of Federal funding awarded to an entity by a
				Federal award described in paragraph (2)(A)(i), by fiscal year;</text>
						</subparagraph><subparagraph id="IDB008619798E94C54AB5919A5F8121D27"><enum>(C)</enum><text>ascertain through
				a single search the total amount of Federal funding awarded to an entity by a
				Federal award described in paragraph (2)(A)(ii), by fiscal year; and</text>
						</subparagraph><subparagraph id="IDDD4FBBA7066D464FB93F8097D7249248"><enum>(D)</enum><text>download data
				included in subparagraph (A) included in the outcome from
				searches.</text>
						</subparagraph></paragraph><after-quoted-block>.</after-quoted-block></quoted-block>
			</paragraph><paragraph id="ID80208BDF2B8642B19993D53C027E99CA"><enum>(2)</enum><text>In section
			 2(b)(1), strike <quote>section and section 204 of the E-Government Act of 2002
			 (Public Law 107–347; 44 U.S.C. 3501 note),</quote> and insert <quote>section,
			 section 204 of the E-Government Act of 2002 (Public Law 107–347; 44 U.S.C. 3501
			 note), and the Office of Federal Procurement Policy Act (41 U.S.C. 403 et
			 seq.),</quote>.</text>
			</paragraph><paragraph id="IDD502BA52749B4F498668A077F7193825"><enum>(3)</enum><text>In section 2,
			 strike subsection (c) and insert the following:</text>
				<quoted-block id="IDCC828F90DBFF42F5A730BDB1FA7F054E" style="OLC">
					<subsection id="IDE8268A424CE74563803A90866BE42570"><enum>(c)</enum><header>Website</header><text>The
				website established under this section—</text>
						<paragraph id="ID6EC4F79A15F64332B6501A25377526EC"><enum>(1)</enum><text>may use as the
				source of its data the Federal Procurement Data System, Federal Assistance
				Award Data System, and Grants.gov, if all of these data sources are searchable
				through the website and can be accessed in a search on the website required by
				this Act, provided that the user may—</text>
							<subparagraph id="ID9379E86C76DE493C88616F7261ADAF9A"><enum>(A)</enum><text>specify such
				search shall be confined to Federal contracts and subcontracts;</text>
							</subparagraph><subparagraph id="IDBA5F1D54D4AE480499D3C27F2647449D"><enum>(B)</enum><text>specify such
				search shall be confined to include grants, subgrants, loans, awards,
				cooperative agreements, and other forms of financial assistance;</text>
							</subparagraph></paragraph><paragraph id="ID2C53FA717DC34630A43CA6109F3B24A3"><enum>(2)</enum><text>shall not be
				considered in compliance if it hyperlinks to the Federal Procurement Data
				System website, Federal Assistance Award Data System website, Grants.gov
				website, or other existing websites, so that the information elements required
				by subsection (b)(1) cannot be searched electronically by field in a single
				search;</text>
						</paragraph><paragraph id="ID35E7CBF1B6994150B908490CD23B1B4E"><enum>(3)</enum><text>shall provide an
				opportunity for the public to provide input about the utility of the site and
				recommendations for improvements;</text>
						</paragraph><paragraph id="ID41E46CF3064049248E4F3AB05C2C9BB2"><enum>(4)</enum><text>shall be updated
				not later than 30 days after the award of any Federal award requiring a
				posting; and</text>
						</paragraph><paragraph id="IDF453E99022C6484AABFA9BD3E38466D9"><enum>(5)</enum><text>shall provide for
				separate searches for Federal awards described in subsection (a) to distinguish
				between the Federal awards described in subsection (a)(2)(A)(i) and those
				described in subsection
				(a)(2)(A)(ii).</text>
						</paragraph></subsection><after-quoted-block>.</after-quoted-block></quoted-block>
			</paragraph><paragraph id="IDF19A38458709493495C340288605FB1C"><enum>(4)</enum><text>Add at the end
			 the following:</text>
				<quoted-block id="ID2ED57506CF3C4392BA32BD82D974AD1A" style="OLC">
					<section id="ID85AB3E14F7BF4CBDBB804E71F41F5465"><enum>4.</enum><header>Government
				accountability office reporting requirement</header><text display-inline="no-display-inline">Not later than January 1, 2010, the
				Comptroller General shall submit to Congress a report on compliance with this
				Act.</text>
