		<section id="ID9C1BE0B2CDD04FADB721D32BDB3893A2" section-type="section-one"><enum>1.</enum><header>Permanent

			 residence</header><text display-inline="no-display-inline">Notwithstanding any

			 other provision of law, for purposes of the <act-name parsable-cite="INA">Immigration and Nationality Act</act-name> (<external-xref legal-doc="usc" parsable-cite="usc/8/1101">8 U.S.C. 1101</external-xref> et

			 seq.), Sung Jun Oh shall be held and considered to have been lawfully admitted

			 to the United States for permanent residence as of the date of the enactment of

			 this Act upon payment of any necessary visa fees.</text>

		</section><section id="ID33DB9565C00041B48F625D4F00D015D1"><enum>2.</enum><header>Reduction of

			 number of available visas</header><text display-inline="no-display-inline">Upon

			 the granting of permanent residence to Sung Jun Oh, as provided in this Act,

			 the Secretary of State shall instruct the proper officer to reduce by one

			 number during the current fiscal year the total number of immigrant visas

			 available to natives of the country of the alien’s birth under

			 <external-xref legal-doc="act" parsable-cite="INA/202(e)">section

			 202(e)</external-xref> of the <act-name parsable-cite="INA">Immigration and

			 Nationality Act</act-name> (<external-xref legal-doc="usc" parsable-cite="usc/8/1152(e)">8 U.S.C. 1152(e)</external-xref>).</text>
