		<section id="id1CFF340EBCEB4AA6AE886B364E619156" section-type="section-one"><enum>1.</enum><header>Short title</header><text display-inline="no-display-inline">This Act may be cited as the

			 <quote><short-title>Green Mountain National Forest

			 Adjustment Act of 2005</short-title></quote>.</text>

		</section><section id="IDE5E51859A4464B419CAF2403AFAD0479" section-type="subsequent-section"><enum>2.</enum><header>Green Mountain

			 National Forest adjustment</header>

			<subsection id="IDA0C85685151947F1AD00BC001EB07542"><enum>(a)</enum><header>In

			 general</header><text>The boundaries of the Green Mountain National Forest are

			 modified to include all parcels of land depicted on the forest maps entitled

			 <quote>Green Mountain Expansion Area Map I</quote> and <quote>Green Mountain

			 Expansion Area Map II</quote>, each dated February 20, 2002, which shall be on

			 file and available for public inspection in the Office of the Chief of the

			 Forest Service, Washington, District of Columbia.</text>

			</subsection><subsection id="IDFDEBA44DA228490683F58D609BADFEE0"><enum>(b)</enum><header>Management</header><text>Federally

			 owned land delineated on the maps acquired for National Forest purposes shall

			 continue to be managed in accordance with the laws (including regulations)

			 applicable to the National Forest System.</text>

			</subsection><subsection id="IDFD59F47F4AB24055A5C54B1843C2F21E"><enum>(c)</enum><header>Land and water

			 conservation fund</header><text>For the purposes of

			 <external-xref legal-doc="act" parsable-cite="LWCFA/7">section

			 7</external-xref> of the <act-name parsable-cite="LWCFA">Land and Water

			 Conservation Fund Act of 1965</act-name> (<external-xref legal-doc="usc" parsable-cite="usc/16/460">16 U.S.C. 460</external-xref><italic>l</italic>–9),

			 the boundaries of the Green Mountain National Forest, as adjusted by this Act,

			 shall be considered to be the boundaries of the national forest as of January

			 1, 1965.</text>
