			 title</header>

			<text display-inline="no-display-inline">This Act may be cited as the

			 <quote><short-title>SEFOR Cleanup Act of

			 2005</short-title></quote>.</text>

		</section><section id="id9E5DCE8AE6EA4088BDAF367F415E45FA"><enum>2.</enum><header>Decommissioning

			 pilot program</header>

			<subsection id="IDbd5689ce120f423f931e29b65be29d6a"><enum>(a)</enum><header>Pilot

			 program</header><text>The Secretary of Energy shall establish a decommissioning

			 pilot program to decommission and decontaminate the sodium-cooled fast breeder

			 experimental test-site reactor located in northwest Arkansas in accordance with

			 the decommissioning activities contained in the August 31, 1998 Department of

			 Energy report on the reactor.</text>

			</subsection><subsection id="ID49382cd0263c4355b1769d01134b1086"><enum>(b)</enum><header>Authorization

			 of appropriations</header>

				<paragraph id="id469A53AC17494183A24B0CC42A021051"><enum>(1)</enum><header>In

			 general</header><text>There is authorized to be appropriated to carry out this

			 section $16,000,000.</text>

				</paragraph><paragraph id="ID3262fe2758c149c2a31cc337f71165ea"><enum>(2)</enum><header>Limitation</header><text>No

			 funds from the Nuclear Waste Fund established by section 302 of the Nuclear

			 Waste Policy Act of 1982 (42 U.S.C. 10222) may be used for the pilot program

			 established under subsection (a).</text>
