		<section id="IDCE4C9528BCE24995BD6BD2A50C322BAF" section-type="section-one"><enum>1.</enum><header>Short title</header><text display-inline="no-display-inline">This Act may be cited as the

			 <quote><short-title>Rocky Mountain National Park Boundary

			 Adjustment Act of 2005</short-title></quote>.</text>

		</section><section id="ID6389483BD98D4C3B8D0F509A3FD7A90D"><enum>2.</enum><header>Definitions</header><text display-inline="no-display-inline">In this Act:</text>

			<paragraph id="ID59DD984364BB4489AE7252103ED437A5"><enum>(1)</enum><header>Federal

			 parcel</header><text>The term <term>Federal parcel</term> means the parcel of

			 approximately 70 acres of Federal land near MacGregor Ranch, Larimer County,

			 Colorado, as depicted on the map.</text>

			</paragraph><paragraph id="IDE4D6BF20DDCF4F869BC2BB9DEFE1C12D"><enum>(2)</enum><header>Map</header><text>The

			 term <term>map</term> means the map numbered 121/80,154, dated June

			 2004.</text>

			</paragraph><paragraph id="ID578609DB54A040C78D70905545656B7E"><enum>(3)</enum><header>Non-federal

			 parcels</header><text>The term <term>non-Federal parcels</term> means the 3

			 parcels of non-Federal land comprising approximately 5.9 acres that are located

			 near MacGregor Ranch, Larimer County, Colorado, as depicted on the map.</text>

			</paragraph><paragraph id="IDD91AB03F87E44774B98BF6239658368B"><enum>(4)</enum><header>Park</header><text>The

			 term <term>Park</term> means Rocky Mountain National Park in the State of

			 Colorado.</text>

			</paragraph></section><section id="IDF0BFD8B7223F4B0AA2A3B273052A48FE"><enum>3.</enum><header>Rocky Mountain

			 National Park boundary adjustment</header>

			<subsection id="ID7AA440ACCAB24861906C21A74B963A29"><enum>(a)</enum><header>Exchange of

			 land</header>

				<paragraph id="ID94E4E0C8C71D49818A532A99B343AE13"><enum>(1)</enum><header>In

			 general</header><text>The Secretary shall accept an offer to convey all right,

			 title, and interest in and to the non-Federal parcels to the United States in

			 exchange for the Federal parcel.</text>

				</paragraph><paragraph id="IDDB7A4B9EE6464678BC2F7FA5652F52BB"><enum>(2)</enum><header>Conveyance</header><text>Not

			 later than 60 days after the date on which the Secretary receives an offer

			 under paragraph (1), the Secretary shall convey the Federal parcel in exchange

			 for the non-Federal parcels.</text>

				</paragraph><paragraph id="ID94A9662EDFD840AE8C0130D7B43CD133"><enum>(3)</enum><header>Conservation

			 easement</header><text>As a condition of the exchange of land under paragraph

			 (2), the Secretary shall reserve a perpetual easement to the Federal parcel for

			 the purposes of protecting, preserving, and enhancing the conservation values

			 of the Federal parcel.</text>

				</paragraph></subsection><subsection id="IDE0862FE802294C47BADFD9E1E66E7CD1"><enum>(b)</enum><header>Boundary

			 adjustment; management of land</header><text>On acquisition of the non-Federal

			 parcels under subsection (a)(2), the Secretary shall—</text>

				<paragraph id="ID68C5161FB0774F359C55C6AA02985CDE"><enum>(1)</enum><text>adjust the

			 boundary of the Park to reflect the acquisition of the non-Federal parcels;

			 and</text>

				</paragraph><paragraph id="ID8B97CC366EB9429796B9277507B3B460"><enum>(2)</enum><text>manage the

			 non-Federal parcels as part of the Park, in accordance with any laws (including

			 regulations) applicable to the Park.</text>

				</paragraph></subsection></section></legis-body>
