			<enum>1.</enum>

			<header>Conveyance to Beaver County, Utah</header>

			<subsection id="IDCCDF633231AC41F09B616A9DB2087717">

				<enum>(a)</enum>

				<header>In general</header>

				<text>As soon as practicable after the date of enactment of this Act,

			 the Secretary of the Interior shall, without consideration and subject to valid

			 existing rights, convey to Beaver County, Utah (referred to in this Act as the

			 <quote>County</quote>), all right, title, and interest of the United States in

			 and to the approximately 200 acres depicted as <quote>Minersville State

			 Park</quote> on the map entitled <quote>S. 2285, Minersville State Park</quote>

			 and dated April 30, 2004, for use for public recreation.</text>

			</subsection><subsection id="ID2C34992D895B405A9CC48D41C32DBEF1">

				<enum>(b)</enum>

				<header>Reconveyance by Beaver County</header>

				<paragraph id="ID9A028422504A4E4DB977C178DEAB81B1">

					<enum>(1)</enum>

					<header>In general</header>

					<text>Notwithstanding subsection (a), Beaver County may sell, for not

			 less than fair market value, a portion of the property conveyed to the County

			 under this section, if the proceeds of such sale are used by the County solely

			 for maintenance of public recreation facilities located on the remainder of the

			 property conveyed to the County under this section.</text>

				</paragraph><paragraph id="ID821F158A7A374E17AA1C107EA82461EA">

					<enum>(2)</enum>

					<header>Limitation</header>

					<text>If the County does not comply with the requirements of paragraph

			 (1) in the conveyance of the property under that paragraph—</text>

					<subparagraph id="IDAA76D5BCC1F54867BD29276A63ABE05C">

						<enum>(A)</enum>

						<text>the County shall pay to the United States the proceeds of the

			 conveyance; and</text>

					</subparagraph><subparagraph id="ID12B9A693823A41CE8F5525AF1AAB804F">

						<enum>(B)</enum>

						<text>the Secretary of the Interior may require that all property

			 conveyed under subsection (a) (other than the property sold by the County under

			 paragraph (1)) revert to the United States.</text>
