			 <quote>(d)(3)</quote> and inserting <quote>(3)</quote>;</text>

				</paragraph><paragraph id="idB330D1F7650440CB8DA65DC78BBF8FC6"><enum>(2)</enum><text>in the matter

			 preceding subparagraph (A), by striking <quote>of this section</quote> and

			 inserting <quote>or an amendment to articles of incorporation under section

			 7(g)(1)(B)</quote>;</text>

				</paragraph><paragraph id="id4F3A847804044271B6F654A16AC99338"><enum>(3)</enum><text>in subparagraph

			 (A)—</text>
