			<subsection id="id7BDABED92BE4419EB6E3315B9FA4E37E"><enum>(a)</enum><header>Designation</header><text display-inline="yes-display-inline">The facility of the United States Postal
			 Service located at 2951 New York Highway 43 in Averill Park, New York, shall be
			 known and designated as the <quote>Major George Quamo Post Office
			 Building</quote>.</text>
			</subsection><subsection id="id9C12788267A647C79B3EBF2CF0E0681F"><enum>(b)</enum><header>References</header><text>Any
			 reference in a law, map, regulation, document, paper, or other record of the
			 United States to the facility referred to in subsection (a) shall be deemed to
			 be a reference to the <quote>Major George Quamo Post Office
			 Building</quote>.</text>
