		<official-title>To direct the Secretary of the Army to convey to the

		  Geary County Fire Department certain land in the State of

			<enum>1.</enum>

			<header>Short title</header>

			<text display-inline="no-display-inline">This Act may be cited as the

			 <quote><short-title>Geary County, Kansas, Land Conveyance

			 Act</short-title></quote>.</text>

			<enum>2.</enum>

			<header>Definitions</header>

			<text display-inline="no-display-inline">In this Act:</text>

			<paragraph id="ID9F5CE2DBF02E496DB8CC592BFC351F8D">

				<enum>(1)</enum>

				<header>Fire Department</header>

				<text>The term <term>Fire Department</term> means the Geary County Fire

			 Department, Milford, Kansas.</text>

				<enum>(2)</enum>

				<header>Secretary</header>

				<text>The term <term>Secretary</term> means the Secretary of the

			 Army.</text>

			<enum>3.</enum>

			<header>Conveyance of land to Geary County Fire Department,

			 Kansas</header>

			<subsection id="IDD74B9973FE6E494DA5F806B6E14AD128">

				<enum>(a)</enum>

				<header>In general</header>

				<text>Subject to subsections (b), (c), and (d), the Secretary shall

			 convey to the Fire Department, by quitclaim deed and without consideration, all

			 right, title, and interest of the United States in and to the parcel of land

			 described in subsection (b)(1).</text>

				<enum>(b)</enum>

				<header>Description of land</header>

				<paragraph id="IDBEE336C743EA47AEACF38B0C9C69188C">

					<enum>(1)</enum>

					<header>In general</header>

					<text>The parcel of land referred to in subsection (a) is the

			 approximately 7.4 acres of land under the jurisdiction of the Secretary located

			 in Geary County, Kansas.</text>

				</paragraph><paragraph id="IDE89E11CABF59496689BD4E431E3920AE">

					<enum>(2)</enum>

					<header>Survey</header>

					<text>The exact acreage and a legal description of the parcel of land

			 described in paragraph (1) shall be determined by a survey that is satisfactory

			 to the Secretary.</text>

				</paragraph></subsection><subsection id="ID4BDB9868BFC3457386D49CF1D2111709">

				<enum>(c)</enum>

				<header>Use of land</header>

				<text>The parcel of land conveyed under subsection (a) shall be used by

			 the Fire Department for the construction, operation, and maintenance of a fire

			 station.</text>

				<enum>(d)</enum>

				<header>Reversion</header>

				<text>At the option of the Secretary, all right, title, and interest in

			 and to the parcel of land conveyed under subsection (a) shall revert to the

			 United States, if the Secretary determines that the parcel of land is no

			 longer—</text>

					<enum>(1)</enum>

					<text>held in public ownership; or</text>

				</paragraph><paragraph id="IDE946FE234C654D0998BBF2F10EEA3A5F">

					<enum>(2)</enum>

					<text>used for the purpose described in subsection (c).</text>
