		<official-title>To direct the Secretary of the Interior to convey the
		  Tylersville division of the Lamar National Fish Hatchery and Fish Technology
		  Center to the State of Pennsylvania.</official-title>

		<section id="S1" section-type="section-one"><enum>1.</enum><header>Short
			 title</header><text display-inline="no-display-inline">This Act may be cited as
			 the <quote><short-title>Tylersville Fish Hatchery
			 Conveyance Act</short-title></quote>.</text>
		</section><section id="id22018E80296747D3AA567BC6B59E8FF5"><enum>2.</enum><header>Definitions</header><text display-inline="no-display-inline">In this Act:</text>
			<paragraph id="idE652C4620E9F48DA9A653E4814BE2FCB"><enum>(1)</enum><header>Agreement</header><text>The
			 term <quote>agreement</quote> means the 1984 Cooperative Agreement between the
			 United States Fish and Wildlife Service and the State of Pennsylvania.</text>
			</paragraph><paragraph id="idA49EE75068CE4024B0BD7E79A7CDB79C"><enum>(2)</enum><header>Property</header><text>The
			 term <quote>property</quote> means—</text>
				<subparagraph id="id5AEB46C50E7E41A8A9F2D17DF759215D"><enum>(A)</enum><text>the Tylersville
			 division of the Lamar National Fish Hatchery and Fish Technology Center,
			 comprised of <deleted-phrase reported-display-style="strikethrough">125
			 acres</deleted-phrase><added-phrase reported-display-style="italic">40
			 acres</added-phrase> leased to the State of Pennsylvania Fish and Boat
			 Commission, located on 43 Hatchery Lane in Loganton, Pennsylvania, as described
			 in the agreement;</text>
				</subparagraph><subparagraph id="id778004F230A540F38335DE9DCB10FA93"><enum>(B)</enum><text>all improvements
			 and related personal property under the control of the Secretary that is
			 located on that property, including—</text>
					<clause id="id3EB1BEFAFD764527B7CAD69C76A1DFAE"><enum>(i)</enum><text>buildings;</text>
					</clause><clause id="id1948B5399C35490F82F7EDEE3D7F9786"><enum>(ii)</enum><text>structures;</text>
					</clause><clause id="id0ED39D44F8C043A89E1C1AA9FE66CA6A"><enum>(iii)</enum><text>equipment;
			 and</text>
					</clause><clause id="id040364C12F6F45EC986674AFDAC523F5"><enum>(iv)</enum><text>all easements
			 and leases relating to that property; and</text>
					</clause></subparagraph><subparagraph commented="no" display-inline="no-display-inline" id="H6D31466E2CAD41AFAA2542F3BCEB106B"><enum>(C)</enum><text>all water rights
			 relating to that property.</text>
				</subparagraph></paragraph><paragraph id="idEC8461B991814E4EB234CFF12D8A9334"><enum>(3)</enum><header>Secretary</header><text>The
			 term <quote>Secretary</quote> means the Secretary of the Interior.</text>
			</paragraph><paragraph commented="no" display-inline="no-display-inline" id="idA3FFC1C4D96A45DD8A3F147972DD637B"><enum>(4)</enum><header>State</header><text>The
			 term <quote>State</quote> means the State of Pennsylvania.</text>
			</paragraph></section><section commented="no" display-inline="no-display-inline" id="id66E1D8AABA334AE1995821CA78304142"><enum>3.</enum><header>Land
			 conveyance</header>
			<subsection commented="no" display-inline="no-display-inline" id="id9E125AA89DE9469385530280940F2938"><enum>(a)</enum><header>In
			 general</header><text>Not later than 180 days after the date of enactment of
			 this Act, the Secretary shall convey to the State without consideration, all
			 right, title, and interest of the United States in and to the property for use
			 by the Pennsylvania Fish and Boat Commission as part of the fish culture
			 program of the State.</text>
			</subsection><subsection commented="no" display-inline="no-display-inline" id="id85F473986E204061914EF888DCDEF264"><enum>(b)</enum><header>Reversion</header>
				<paragraph commented="no" display-inline="no-display-inline" id="id254C62089E734E009FBD268F17B25861"><enum>(1)</enum><header>In
			 general</header><text>If a portion of the property conveyed to the State under
			 subsection (a) is used for any purpose other than the use authorized under that
			 subsection, all right, title, and interest in and to the property shall revert
			 to the United States, at the discretion of the Secretary.</text>
				</paragraph><paragraph commented="no" display-inline="no-display-inline" id="idE7D36874B4F54B97BA84D09C49D9DFB6"><enum>(2)</enum><header>Condition of
			 property</header><text>Upon a reversion of the property under paragraph (1),
			 the State shall ensure that the condition of the property is substantially the
			 same as, or better than, the condition of the property on the date on which the
			 property was conveyed to the State under subsection (a).</text>
				</paragraph></subsection></section></legis-body>
