		<section id="ID6D99B26E73DC441C907F447A5ACFEF0F" section-type="section-one"><enum>1.</enum><header>Short title</header><text display-inline="no-display-inline">This Act may be cited as the

			 <quote><short-title>Wind Cave National Park Boundary

			 Revision Act of 2005</short-title></quote>.</text>

		</section><section id="IDC79F042996E94D50863FCE2147FCB4A0"><enum>2.</enum><header>Definitions</header><text display-inline="no-display-inline">In this Act:</text>

			<paragraph id="IDB8DF40A12C7D4ED8A12E7C49B7ECB640"><enum>(1)</enum><header>Map</header><text>The

			 term <term>map</term> means the map entitled <quote>Wind Cave National Park

			 Boundary Revision</quote>, numbered 108/80,030, and dated June 2002.</text>

			</paragraph><paragraph id="IDA50BD8A1EB9D475CA1191DB366BB24C1"><enum>(2)</enum><header>Park</header><text>The

			 term <term>Park</term> means the Wind Cave National Park in the State.</text>

			</paragraph><paragraph id="IDB4B00374B8194D54ABA9D494E2093B5A"><enum>(3)</enum><header>Secretary</header><text>The

			 term <term>Secretary</term> means the Secretary of the Interior.</text>

			</paragraph><paragraph id="ID9AEC86DB2F1F43FE87BDB5B03466D4F7"><enum>(4)</enum><header>State</header><text>The

			 term <term>State</term> means the State of South Dakota.</text>

			</paragraph></section><section id="ID90B0B1D5D2184B57AAC6DFCB6CCE25B6"><enum>3.</enum><header>Land

			 acquisition</header>

			<subsection id="ID976F4E45017D4F64B1134C3B41BEB972"><enum>(a)</enum><header>Authority</header>

				<paragraph id="ID97546C2FCF884B8EAF20EEDA1A6ED1E1"><enum>(1)</enum><header>In

			 general</header><text>The Secretary may acquire the land or interest in land

			 described in subsection (b)(1) for addition to the Park.</text>

				</paragraph><paragraph id="ID0738D0731AF94B0781F267989A0E2CF2"><enum>(2)</enum><header>Means</header><text>An

			 acquisition of land under paragraph (1) may be made by donation, purchase from

			 a willing seller with donated or appropriated funds, or exchange.</text>

				</paragraph></subsection><subsection id="ID0BF127AF1ACA48A2823CCDF07356658F"><enum>(b)</enum><header>Boundary</header>

				<paragraph id="ID09CADCFD21D544E5865DCCF526ABBBF8"><enum>(1)</enum><header>Map and

			 acreage</header><text>The land referred to in subsection (a)(1) shall consist

			 of approximately 5,675 acres, as generally depicted on the map.</text>

				</paragraph><paragraph id="ID29E2319FBE414EBFA4CEEE2A2A701A09"><enum>(2)</enum><header>Availability of

			 map</header><text>The map shall be on file and available for public inspection

			 in the appropriate offices of the National Park Service.</text>

				</paragraph><paragraph id="ID8145477E12F84F44B44CDECE8C3CF2FA"><enum>(3)</enum><header>Revision</header><text>The

			 boundary of the Park shall be adjusted to reflect the acquisition of land under

			 subsection (a)(1).</text>

				</paragraph></subsection></section><section id="ID17725A405ECB488390DAF1DB40490201"><enum>4.</enum><header>Administration</header>

			<subsection id="IDE240D3CCD8244449BBF66AC081E982C0"><enum>(a)</enum><header>In

			 general</header><text>The Secretary shall administer any land acquired under

			 section 3(a)(1) as part of the Park in accordance with laws (including

			 regulations) applicable to the Park.</text>

			</subsection><subsection id="IDC185680B169A4397B69BE2BE8CCCEB65"><enum>(b)</enum><header>Transfer of

			 administrative jurisdiction</header>

				<paragraph id="ID7BD54E5D8BE14B558C00537DAD85CD2F"><enum>(1)</enum><header>In

			 general</header><text>The Secretary shall transfer from the Director of the

			 Bureau of Land Management to the Director of the National Park Service

			 administrative jurisdiction over the land described in paragraph (2).</text>

				</paragraph><paragraph id="IDDED5585219DF4F70A88ABCC88806C3F3"><enum>(2)</enum><header>Map and

			 acreage</header><text>The land referred to in paragraph (1) consists of the

			 approximately 80 acres of land identified on the map as <quote>Bureau of Land

			 Management land</quote>.</text>

				</paragraph></subsection></section><section id="ID4633C4F2D3CA48B296FC7181AA6BA16C"><enum>5.</enum><header>Grazing</header>

			<subsection id="ID969D23EE3A3C4E5F85C49F1D8DCF5769"><enum>(a)</enum><header>Grazing

			 permitted</header><text>Subject to any permits or leases in existence as of the

			 date of acquisition, the Secretary may permit the continuation of livestock

			 grazing on land acquired under section 3(a)(1).</text>

			</subsection><subsection id="IDE79A754047244998AAF46C3C29F779DE"><enum>(b)</enum><header>Limitation</header><text>Grazing

			 under subsection (a) shall be at not more than the level existing on the date

			 on which the land is acquired under section 3(a)(1).</text>

			</subsection><subsection id="ID8A34B83AD8C04DBDB82D0144B5EB0ED2"><enum>(c)</enum><header>Purchase of

			 permit or lease</header><text>The Secretary may purchase the outstanding

			 portion of a grazing permit or lease on any land acquired under section

			 3(a)(1).</text>

			</subsection><subsection id="IDDEAF0137FC7E469E8B8437A13B3D840A"><enum>(d)</enum><header>Termination of

			 leases or permits</header><text>The Secretary may accept the voluntary

			 termination of a permit or lease for grazing on any acquired land.</text>

			</subsection></section></legis-body>
