		  provision relating to the conveyance of the Lake Tahoe Basin Management

			 conveyance</header><text display-inline="no-display-inline">Section 2 of Public
			 Law 108–67 (117 Stat. 880) is amended—</text>
			<paragraph commented="no" display-inline="no-display-inline" id="id266656FA1AF440A2A8834F41D419374D"><enum>(1)</enum><text display-inline="yes-display-inline">by striking <quote>Subject to</quote> and
			 inserting the following:</text>
				<quoted-block display-inline="no-display-inline" id="idB52BA496FA6B470191BF8E85A5A620B5" style="OLC">
					<subsection commented="no" display-inline="no-display-inline" id="id447737B19D0F4DC4AB03CF38919DEEAA"><enum>(a)</enum><header>In
				general</header><text display-inline="yes-display-inline">Subject
				to</text>
					</subsection><after-quoted-block>;</after-quoted-block></quoted-block>
			</paragraph><paragraph commented="no" display-inline="no-display-inline" id="id1932E0A475554C409A6A1E5CCDC23D57"><enum>(2)</enum><text display-inline="yes-display-inline">in subsection (a) (as designated by
			 paragraph (1)), by striking <quote>the parcel</quote> and all that follows and
			 inserting the following: <quote>and to a portion comprising approximately 23
			 acres of land of Lots 3 and 4, as depicted on the United States and Encumbrance
			 Map, revised January 10, 1991, for the Toiyabe National Forest, Ranger District
			 Carson–1, and more particularly described as
			 S<fraction>1/2</fraction>NW<fraction>1/4</fraction>SE<fraction>1/4</fraction>
			 and
			 N<fraction>1/2</fraction>SW<fraction>1/4</fraction>SE<fraction>1/4</fraction>
			 of sec. 27, T. 15 N., R. 18 E., Mt. Diablo Base and Meridian.</quote>;
			 and</text>
			</paragraph><paragraph commented="no" display-inline="no-display-inline" id="idC5C126E5F8B24D018238FA0C7423A82A"><enum>(3)</enum><text display-inline="yes-display-inline">by adding at the end the following:</text>

					<subsection commented="no" display-inline="no-display-inline" id="id3407A555257E41B4A589AF3A2CEDFBF1"><enum>(b)</enum><header>Public access
				and use</header><text display-inline="yes-display-inline">Nothing in this Act
				prohibits any approved general public access (through existing easements or by
				boat) to or use of land remaining within the Lake Tahoe Basin Management Unit
				after the conveyance to the Secretary of the Interior, in trust for the Tribe,
				under subsection (a), including access to and use of the beach and shoreline
				areas adjacent to the portion of land conveyed under that
				subsection.</text>
