		<official-title>To amend the Residential Lead-Based Paint Hazard

		  Reduction Act of 1992 to provide assistance for residential properties

		  designated as Superfund sites.</official-title>

			<header>Grants for Lead-Based Paint Hazard Reduction in Target

			 Housing</header><text display-inline="no-display-inline">Section 1011 of the

			 Residential Lead-Based Paint Hazard Reduction Act of 1992 (42 U.S.C. 4852) is

			 amended—</text>

			<paragraph id="idD7EB8F1E3A264CC989ABDD798514DCD8"><enum>(1)</enum><text>by redesignating

			 subsection (p) as subsection (q); and</text>

			</paragraph><paragraph id="id7950FB33634E40F6807374E2F0B573A8"><enum>(2)</enum><text>by inserting

			 after subsection (o) the following:</text>

				<quoted-block display-inline="no-display-inline" id="idE5DF068700D54DB3BC50FBD73614AB93" style="OLC">

					<subsection id="idB46F9A4574194A76A6EDD1D6FF44C31F"><enum>(p)</enum><header>Priority for

				Superfund Sites</header><text>In awarding grants under this section, the

				Secretary shall give priority consideration to activities to be undertaken on

				residential properties listed on the National Priorities List established under

				section 105 of the Comprehensive Environmental Response, Compensation, and

				Liability Act of 1980 (42 U.S.C. 9605).</text>
