Amendment to the Deficit Reduction Act of 2005

Section 9001 of the Deficit Reduction Act of 2005 is amended— (1)in subsection (a)— (A)by striking for a 1-time only obligation and expenditure; (B)in paragraph (1), by striking fiscal year 2007 and inserting fiscal year 2006; and (C)in paragraph (2), by striking fiscal year 2007 and inserting fiscal year 2006; and (2)in subsection (b), by striking September 30, 2007 and inserting September 30, 2006.
