		<official-title>To provide for the issuance of a commemorative postage

		  stamp in honor of Rosa Parks.</official-title>

		<section id="S1" section-type="section-one"><enum>1.</enum><header>Rosa

			 Parks commemorative postage stamp</header>

			<subsection id="id4EAFDE4C1FFA48378798850CD70039A9"><enum>(a)</enum><header>In

			 general</header><text display-inline="yes-display-inline">The Postmaster

			 General shall issue a commemorative postage stamp in honor of Rosa

			 Parks.</text>

			</subsection><subsection id="id2A994725AE7647A9A2DA735B10778D8C"><enum>(b)</enum><header>Denomination

			 and design</header><text>The commemorative postage stamp issued under this Act

			 shall—</text>

				<paragraph id="id1C58D48C7C47438C9BC4B6B485AFE4C6"><enum>(1)</enum><text>be issued in the

			 denomination used for 1st class mail up to 1 ounce in weight; and</text>

				</paragraph><paragraph id="id31F687D41CA649FE85002736D8C5FEC1"><enum>(2)</enum><text>bear such designs

			 as the Postmaster General shall determine.</text>

				</paragraph></subsection><subsection id="idC9B69DB2A50541AFA826E95A306AFA9D"><enum>(c)</enum><header>Issuance

			 period</header><text>The commemorative postage stamp issued under this Act

			 shall—</text>

				<paragraph id="id7EBCBC61DF06429AB1229D3F9D2B17AC"><enum>(1)</enum><text>be placed on sale

			 as soon as practicable after the date of the enactment of this Act; and</text>

				</paragraph><paragraph id="id1B4C9AE5D8D9496D9CF987BF51B69767"><enum>(2)</enum><text>be sold for such

			 period thereafter as the Postmaster General shall determine.</text>

				</paragraph></subsection></section></legis-body>
