		<official-title>To authorize full funding of payments for eligible

		  federally connected children under title VIII of the Elementary and Secondary

		  Education Act of 1965 by fiscal year 2011. </official-title>

		<section id="S1" section-type="section-one"><enum>1.</enum><header>Short

			 title</header><text display-inline="no-display-inline">This Act may be cited as

			 the <quote><short-title>Fair Share for Military Children

			 in Public Schools Act</short-title></quote>.</text>

		</section><section id="id9B82B8E0D73849189AF504B4181648AB"><enum>2.</enum><header>Payments for

			 eligible federally connected children under title VIII of the Elementary and

			 Secondary Education Act of 1965</header><text display-inline="no-display-inline">Section 8014(b) of the Elementary and

			 Secondary Education Act of 1965 (20 U.S.C. 7714(b)) is amended to read as

			 follows:</text>

			<quoted-block display-inline="no-display-inline" id="id8E06E326FF2A42A1AF22E1B5C42A4477" style="OLC">

				<subsection id="id3418C83521E0446790F46B7760C6949A"><enum>(b)</enum><header>Basic payments;

				payments for heavily impacted local educational agencies</header><text>For the

				purpose of making payments under section 8003(b), there are authorized to be

				appropriated—</text>

					<paragraph id="id7C9A2B9C0F214364B04FD2F523E7BDBA"><enum>(1)</enum><text>for fiscal year

				2007, such sums as may be necessary to pay to each local educational agency for

				such fiscal year 70.4 percent of the full amount computed for such agency for

				such fiscal year under paragraphs (1) and (2) of section 8003(b);</text>

					</paragraph><paragraph id="idEBB8BF44A6A04444A7B521E2867B1649"><enum>(2)</enum><text>for fiscal year

				2008, such sums as may be necessary to pay to each local educational agency for

				such fiscal year 77.8 percent of the full amount computed for such agency for

				such fiscal year under paragraphs (1) and (2) of section 8003(b);</text>

					</paragraph><paragraph id="idCBB56933E749436588C3F6C7A2C45044"><enum>(3)</enum><text>for fiscal year

				2009, such sums as may be necessary to pay to each local educational agency for

				such fiscal year 85.2 percent of the full amount computed for such agency for

				such fiscal year under paragraphs (1) and (2) of section 8003(b);</text>

					</paragraph><paragraph id="idC9DA1F8C4D784010B0B4976DCD0F4E52"><enum>(4)</enum><text>for fiscal year

				2010, such sums as may be necessary to pay to each local educational agency for

				such fiscal year 92.6 percent of the full amount computed for such agency for

				such fiscal year under paragraphs (1) and (2) of section 8003(b); and</text>

					</paragraph><paragraph id="id944F8D38456F48CFA6EE58D0FA784023"><enum>(5)</enum><text>for fiscal year

				2011, such sums as may be necessary to pay to each local educational agency for

				such fiscal year the full amount computed for such agency for such fiscal year

				under paragraphs (1) and (2) of section

				8003(b).</text>
