		<official-title display="yes">To provide for the reinstatement of a

		  license for a certain Federal Energy Regulatory Commission

		  project.</official-title>

		<section commented="no" display-inline="no-display-inline" id="S1" section-type="section-one"><enum>1.</enum><header>Reinstatement of license for

			 Federal Energy Regulatory Commission project</header>

			<subsection commented="no" display-inline="no-display-inline" id="id1AFE69DE0D144551AB69A8C2D56D8025"><enum>(a)</enum><header>In

			 general</header><text display-inline="yes-display-inline">Notwithstanding the

			 time period specified in section 13 of the Federal Power Act (16 U.S.C. 806)

			 that would otherwise apply to project numbered 7307 of the Federal Energy

			 Regulatory Commission, the Commission shall, on the request of the licensee for

			 the project, in accordance with that section (including the good faith, due

			 diligence, and public interest requirements of that section and procedures

			 established under that section), extend the time required for commencement of

			 construction of the project until December 31, 2007.</text>

			</subsection><subsection commented="no" display-inline="no-display-inline" id="ID4e97fc694539450fa584bc95c8a186d4"><enum>(b)</enum><header>Applicability</header><text display-inline="yes-display-inline">Subsection (a) shall apply to the project

			 on the expiration of any extension, issued by the Commission under section 13

			 of the Federal Power Act (16 U.S.C. 806), of the time required for commencement

			 of construction of the project.</text>

			</subsection><subsection commented="no" display-inline="no-display-inline" id="IDdac19f6491c1488a9f8385be6d65acfb"><enum>(c)</enum><header>Reinstatement

			 of expired license</header><text display-inline="yes-display-inline">If a

			 license of the Commission for the project expires before the date of enactment

			 of this Act, the Commission shall—</text>

				<paragraph commented="no" display-inline="no-display-inline" id="idD06E26F26BDB4118AC5EB295BC483BA2"><enum>(1)</enum><text display-inline="yes-display-inline">reinstate the license effective as of the

			 date of the expiration of the license; and</text>

				</paragraph><paragraph commented="no" display-inline="no-display-inline" id="id656BD09851D44A1C88F612443DD220B6"><enum>(2)</enum><text display-inline="yes-display-inline">extend the time required for commencement

			 of construction of the project until December 31, 2007.</text>
