		<official-title>To direct the Secretary of Agriculture to convey certain
		  real property in the Dixie National Forest in the State of Utah, and for other
		  purposes.</official-title>

		<section id="ID36F9F83519804BDBBFB9F6F3D5449804" section-type="section-one"><enum>1.</enum><header>Conveyance of real property,
			 Dixie National Forest, Utah</header>
			<subsection id="IDDD8E75FA2CE54D41A6C9C1EFB4B98B10"><enum>(a)</enum><header>Conveyance
			 authorized</header><text>As soon as practicable after the date of the enactment
			 of this Act, the Secretary of Agriculture shall convey to Kirk R. Harrison all
			 right, title, and interest of the United States in and to a parcel of real
			 property, including any improvements or appurtenances thereon, consisting of
			 approximately 112 acres in the Dixie National Forest in the State of Utah, as
			 depicted on the Map.</text>
			</subsection><subsection id="ID79D579B3737943D2A370D4AE64062D84"><enum>(b)</enum><header>Consideration
			 and appraisal</header><text>As consideration for the conveyance under
			 subsection (a), the Recipient shall pay to the Secretary an amount equal to the
			 fair market value of the real property conveyed under such subsection. The fair
			 market value of the lands conveyed shall be determined by an appraisal that is
			 acceptable to the Secretary and performed in accordance with—</text>
				<paragraph id="ID2095B9E2FF65411E880B49845127A881"><enum>(1)</enum><text>the Uniform
			 Appraisal Standards for Federal Land Acquisitions as developed by the
			 Interagency Land Acquisition Conference;</text>
				</paragraph><paragraph id="IDBAA9F29AA3454E70972EC503BA6074F9"><enum>(2)</enum><text>the Uniform
			 Standards of Professional Appraisal Practice; and</text>
				</paragraph><paragraph id="IDC4BEF9519718425097E24DDA3F53FC9F"><enum>(3)</enum><text>any other
			 applicable law.</text>
				</paragraph></subsection><subsection id="IDCCABE1438C474A8CBD3DE209FF0D0DF2"><enum>(c)</enum><header>Description of
			 property</header><text>The exact acreage and legal description of the property
			 to be conveyed under subsection (a) shall be determined by surveys satisfactory
			 to the Secretary.</text>
			</subsection><subsection id="IDE49E1F52843E46F597D9877B4303DE14"><enum>(d)</enum><header>Treatment of
			 proceeds</header><text>All funds received pursuant to this section shall be
			 deposited in the fund established by Public Law 90–171 (16 U.S.C. 484a;
			 commonly known as the Sisk Act) and shall remain available to the Secretary of
			 Agriculture until expended, without further appropriation, for the acquisition
			 of real property or interests in real property for inclusion in the Dixie
			 National Forest in the State of Utah.</text>
			</subsection><subsection id="ID57C4366785EC4B368D64132A81410116"><enum>(e)</enum><header>Filing of Map
			 and technical corrections</header><text>The Map shall be kept on file and
			 available for public inspection in the office of the Chief of the Forest
			 Service, Department of Agriculture. The Secretary may make technical
			 corrections or correct clerical errors in the Map.</text>
			</subsection><subsection id="ID1D23FDAC11B14356A475A025AE449FED"><enum>(f)</enum><header>Additional
			 terms and conditions</header><text>The Secretary may require such additional
			 terms and conditions in connection with the conveyance under subsection (a) as
			 the Secretary considers appropriate to protect the interests of the United
			 States.</text>
			</subsection><subsection id="ID5BD707A667284944AF94018EF9A46C62"><enum>(g)</enum><header>Definitions</header><text>In
			 this section:</text>
				<paragraph id="IDD283477AE1A347EE96F20387C2A9E970"><enum>(1)</enum><header>Map</header><text>The
			 term <term>Map</term> means the map entitled “Exhibit E, Sections 2 &amp; 3,
			 T.38 S., R.15 W., SLM”, and dated September 10, 2002.</text>
				</paragraph><paragraph id="IDCD0827465923457DA00904CD6D52E1B9"><enum>(2)</enum><header>Recipient</header><text>The
			 term <term>Recipient</term> means Kirk R. Harrison, who owns property in Pinto
			 Valley, Utah.</text>
				</paragraph><paragraph id="ID2F35D945B6024E60BAB78B4311F28800"><enum>(3)</enum><header>Secretary</header><text>The
			 term <term>Secretary</term> means the Secretary of Agriculture.</text>
