			 <quote><short-title>Southern Nevada Readiness Center

			 Act</short-title></quote>.</text>

		</section><section id="IDEA34B4B397D2411683E74AC9357EE203"><enum>2.</enum><header>Nevada National

			 Guard land conveyance</header>

			<subsection id="id3731D9C5515F4CE6AC07BBA5D8037DF5"><enum></enum><text display-inline="yes-display-inline">Notwithstanding any other provision of law,

			 Clark County, Nevada, may convey, without consideration, to the Nevada Division

			 of State Lands for use by the Nevada National Guard between 35 and 50 acres of

			 land in Clark County, Nevada, as generally depicted on the map entitled

			 <quote>Southern Nevada Readiness Center Act</quote>, and dated October 4,

			 2005.</text>
