		<section id="S1" section-type="section-one"><enum>1.</enum><header>Short

			 title</header><text display-inline="no-display-inline">This Act may be cited as

			 the <quote><short-title>Bankruptcy Prevention Credit

			 Counseling Act of 2005</short-title></quote>.</text>

		</section><section id="id67D1441C8D1D4F71838CA0319C08ECD7"><enum>2.</enum><header>Reduction of

			 unsecured claims</header><text display-inline="no-display-inline">Section

			 502(b) of title 11, United States Code, is amended—</text>

			<paragraph id="idD651D3FEACCA48A7AA586193882778BD"><enum>(1)</enum><text>in paragraph (8),

			 by striking <quote>or</quote> at the end;</text>

			</paragraph><paragraph id="id4EC2DCA056C04CFAB812C4D03507B014"><enum>(2)</enum><text>in paragraph (9),

			 by striking the period at the end and inserting <quote>; or</quote>; and</text>

			</paragraph><paragraph id="id224E91D86A594354A0BF6E90DFEC2E3A"><enum>(3)</enum><text>by adding at the

			 end the following:</text>

					<paragraph id="id2C265773BBC747B0802F6BAA32628211"><enum>(10)</enum><text>such consumer

				debt is an unsecured claim arising from a debt to a creditor that does not

				have, as of the date of the order for relief, a policy of waiving additional

				interest for all debtors who participate in a debt management plan administered

				by a nonprofit budget and credit counseling agency described in section

				111(a).</text>
