		<section id="idEFC0D72A913447E9A4D78187EFAB65AF" section-type="section-one"><enum>1.</enum><header>Acquisition of certain

			 property in Washington County, Utah</header>

			<subsection id="IDac10cb006a3c43bc9d56a3ae2d5ce317"><enum>(a)</enum><header>Definitions</header><text>In

			 this section:</text>

				<paragraph id="id3A7DC990351949259B517CD276750D77"><enum>(1)</enum><header>Owner</header><text>The

			 term <term>owner</term> means an owner that is able to convey to the United

			 States clear title to property taken under subsection (b).</text>

				</paragraph><paragraph id="id6B5944AFF9E944A681551014478D430F"><enum>(2)</enum><header>Reserve</header><text>The

			 term <quote>Reserve</quote> means the Red Cliffs Reserve in Washington County,

			 Utah.</text>

				</paragraph></subsection><subsection id="ID135bc24670f04cf08a0d67f78358f43b"><enum>(b)</enum><header>Taking of

			 property</header><text>Notwithstanding any other provision of law, effective 30

			 days after the date of enactment of this Act, there is vested in the United

			 States all right, title, and interest in and to, and the right to immediate

			 possession of certain land located in a master planned community development in

			 Washington County, Utah, known as <quote>PAHO</quote>, owned by Environmental

			 Land Technology, Ltd., Rocky Mountain Ventures, and James Doyle, within the

			 Reserve, consisting of—</text>

				<paragraph id="ID658b216e62584e8584411f3206fa7c5e"><enum>(1)</enum><text>the fee simple

			 interest in approximately 1,516 acres of real property; and</text>

				</paragraph><paragraph id="ID8554d3898d5440158cc866dad6b370be"><enum>(2)</enum><text>the fee simple

			 interest in 34 acres of real property adjacent to the Reserve owned by

			 Environmental Land Technology, Ltd.</text>

				</paragraph></subsection><subsection id="ID2451baeb21a7436e98c3ff1b60c585d5"><enum>(c)</enum><header>Just

			 compensation</header>

				<paragraph id="IDb32c6e35a66c49b89d80e6cd85b442ae"><enum>(1)</enum><header>In

			 general</header><text>The United States shall pay the owner just compensation

			 determined as of the date of enactment of this Act.</text>

				</paragraph><paragraph id="ID714a62f5f2ef4894bf0b4173e70db76e"><enum>(2)</enum><header>Amount</header><text>Payment

			 of just compensation shall be in the amount equal to the sum of—</text>

					<subparagraph id="idD7F65CE26C5342C4994B589D281D522E"><enum>(A)</enum><text>the valuation of

			 the property determined by judgment awarded by a United States court of

			 competent jurisdiction;</text>

					</subparagraph><subparagraph id="id97A7C9418D0A447EA7BB38C6739A7919"><enum>(B)</enum><text>interest from the

			 date of the enactment of this Act; and</text>

					</subparagraph><subparagraph id="id0E21EAAA2BF346B2A687CEF03948D1DA"><enum>(C)</enum><text>any other costs,

			 expenses, and damages, as determined by the court.</text>

					</subparagraph></paragraph><paragraph id="IDaf2b092d38784bcfa39fd5a26a5e3875"><enum>(3)</enum><header>Interest</header><text>Interest

			 under this subsection shall be compounded in the same manner as under

			 subsection (b)(2)(B) of the first section of the Act of April 17, 1954 (16

			 U.S.C. 429b(b)(2)(B)), except that the reference in that provision to the date

			 of enactment of the Manassas National Battlefield Park Amendments of 1988 shall

			 be deemed to be a reference to the date of enactment of this Act.</text>

				</paragraph><paragraph id="IDb7500e5d19cf41a28871069bf30ac7e4"><enum>(4)</enum><header>Source of

			 payment</header><text>Payment of the amount under paragraph (2) shall be made

			 from appropriated funds.</text>

				</paragraph><paragraph id="IDef9e6625fdcc4aa09af1a4cdf140abcd"><enum>(5)</enum><header>Full faith and

			 credit</header><text>The full faith and credit of the United States is pledged

			 to the payment of any judgment entered against the United States with respect

			 to the taking of property under subsection (b).</text>

				</paragraph><paragraph id="ID2d3573fadc68490686aca591046cdd1c"><enum>(6)</enum><header>Administration</header><text>Any

			 property taken under subsection (b) shall be—</text>

					<subparagraph id="id4E1837152C6F4670B31008F5CCCF97F7"><enum>(A)</enum><text>included in the

			 Reserve; and</text>

					</subparagraph><subparagraph id="idBC7BE167EA16439BB3DD70C49916B48E"><enum>(B)</enum><text>administered by

			 the Secretary of the Interior (acting through the Director of the Bureau of

			 Land Management), in accordance with the laws applicable to public land,

			 including the Federal Land Policy and Management Act of 1976 (43 U.S.C. 1701 et

			 seq.).</text>

					</subparagraph></paragraph></subsection></section></legis-body>
