			<text display-inline="no-display-inline">Section 281(2)(B) of the

			 Agricultural Marketing Act of 1946 (7 U.S.C. 1638(2)(B)) is amended by

			 inserting <quote>clause (iii), (iv), (v), or (vi) of</quote> before

			 <quote>subparagraph (A)</quote>.</text>

			<header>Applicability</header>

			<text display-inline="no-display-inline">Section 285 of the

			 Agricultural Marketing Act of 1946 (7 U.S.C. 1638d) is amended by striking

			 <quote>2006</quote> and inserting <quote>2005</quote>.</text>

				<enum>(a)</enum>

				<header>In general</header>

				<text display-inline="yes-display-inline">Not later than 180 days after

			 the date of enactment of this Act, the Secretary of Agriculture shall

			 promulgate such regulations as are necessary to carry out the amendment made by

			 section 1.</text>

			</subsection><subsection commented="no" display-inline="no-display-inline" id="id03D2DB4349D54A3B80AB9F14B99244C4"><enum>(b)</enum><header>Final

			 rule</header><text display-inline="yes-display-inline">Nothing in this Act

			 requires the Secretary to delay the publication of final regulations under

			 section 284(b) of the Agricultural Marketing Act of 1946 (7 U.S.C.

			 1638c(b)).</text>
