			<subsection commented="no" display-inline="no-display-inline" id="id3B8EECB7F5754E189ECCEFD6CADAF280"><enum>(a)</enum><header>Designation</header><text>The

			 facility of the United States Postal Service located on Lindbald Avenue, in

			 Girdwood, Alaska, shall be known and designated as the <quote>Dorothy and

			 Connie Hibbs Post Office Building</quote>.</text>

			 reference in a law, map, regulation, document, paper, or other record of the

			 United States to the facility referred to in subsection (a) shall be deemed to

			 be a reference to the <quote>Dorothy and Connie Hibbs Post Office

			 Building</quote>.</text>
