			 immunity</header>

			<subsection commented="no" display-inline="no-display-inline" id="idCACCE5CF2D90496AB458EED8ED8FC894"><enum>(a)</enum><header>In

			 general</header><text display-inline="yes-display-inline">Chapter 21 of title

			 28, United States Code, is amended by adding at the end the following:</text>

					<section commented="no" display-inline="no-display-inline" id="id44BDEC8714474783A7A44CE89C0297B9" section-type="subsequent-section"><enum>464.</enum><header>Judicial immunity

				for administrative functions</header>

						<subsection commented="no" display-inline="no-display-inline" id="IDb1467b67505d489f9f8e5aa4de8c929d"><enum>(a)</enum><header>In

				general</header><text display-inline="yes-display-inline">Subject to subsection

				(b), a justice or judge of the United States or a State judge shall have

				immunity against any Federal civil cause of action respecting the discharge of

				any legislatively or constitutionally authorized duty, except for actions

				involving malice.</text>

						</subsection><subsection commented="no" display-inline="no-display-inline" id="IDd1098d15d66946da865b284156db509f"><enum>(b)</enum><header>Other

				immunity</header><text display-inline="yes-display-inline">This section shall

				not preempt any Federal or State law providing immunity in addition to the

				immunity provided by this

				section.</text>
