		<section commented="no" display-inline="no-display-inline" id="id0BD7D64553C64304A433A798284FE559" section-type="section-one"><enum>1.</enum><header>Designation</header><text display-inline="no-display-inline">The Federal building located at 333 Mt.

			 Elliott Street in Detroit, Michigan, shall be known and designated as the

			 <quote>Rosa Parks Federal Building</quote>.</text>

			 referred to in section 1 shall be deemed to be a reference to the <quote>Rosa

			 Parks Federal Building</quote>.</text>
