			 general</header><text>Heading 9902.01.81 of the Harmonized Tariff Schedule of

			 the United States is amended by striking <quote>12/31/2006</quote> and

			 inserting <quote>12/31/2008</quote>.</text>

			</subsection><subsection commented="no" display-inline="no-display-inline" id="H4BD84B938F7842AFA9D277E9122EDE24"><enum>(b)</enum><header>Effective

			 date</header><text>The amendment made by subsection (a) applies to goods

			 entered, or withdrawn from warehouse for consumption, on or after the 15th day

			 after the date of enactment of this Act.</text>
