<section section-type="section-one" id="H1E794D32FAD745248DDC65C7133FD94F"><enum>1.</enum><header>Posting of lobbying registration and disclosure statements on House of Representatives Internet site</header> 
<subsection id="HE5F26EE60D2C4CDE80BF96D8F03C2D03"><enum>(a)</enum><header>In general</header><text>Not later than 60 days after receipt, the Clerk of the House of Representatives shall post on the official public Internet site of the House of Representatives each registration and report filed with and retained by the Clerk under the Lobbying Disclosure Act of 1995 (<external-xref legal-doc="usc" parsable-cite="usc/2/1601">2 U.S.C. 1601 et seq.</external-xref>), in a manner similar to the manner by which the Secretary of the Senate posts on the official Internet site of the Senate the registrations and reports filed with and retained by the Secretary under such Act.</text></subsection> 
<subsection id="H60AE9224A5294597A406581705416F10"><enum>(b)</enum><header>Providing notice on forms</header><text>The Clerk shall include on each registration and report form prepared and provided by the Clerk for purposes of the Lobbying Disclosure Act of 1995 a statement that the completed form will be posted on the official public Internet site of the House of Representatives in accordance with subsection (a).</text></subsection></section> 
<section id="H2EFD341648E64C54B6B2F99F6490F54D"><enum>2.</enum><header>Effective date</header><text display-inline="no-display-inline">This resolution shall apply with respect to all registrations and reports filed with the Clerk of the House of Representatives on or after the date of the adoption of this resolution.</text></section>
