<official-title display="yes">Requesting the President and directing the Secretary of Homeland Security to provide to the House of Representatives certain documents in their possession relating to the Dubai Ports World acquisition of 6 United States commercial ports leases.</official-title>

<section display-inline="yes-display-inline" section-type="undesignated-section" id="H483B3F1DB5E346BD90A7FD85D22F8F7"><text display-inline="yes-display-inline">That the President is requested and the Secretary of Homeland Security is directed to provide to the House of Representatives, not later than 14 days after the date of adoption of this resolution—</text> 
<paragraph id="HFC7F46087EF04DC9A1F9C8B51E7683B7"><enum>(1)</enum><text display-inline="yes-display-inline">all documents in their possession, including notes from meetings, memos, telephone and electronic mail records, logs and calendars, and records of internal discussions relating to the December 13, 2005, document by the Coast Guard Intelligence Coordination Center relating to the Dubai Ports World acquisition of 6 United States commercial ports leases;</text></paragraph> 
<paragraph id="HCF4D34934B9443D3B5393C6320DC7B68"><enum>(2)</enum><text display-inline="yes-display-inline">all documents in their possession, including notes from meetings, memos, telephone and electronic mail records, logs and calendars, and records of internal discussions between the White House and Dubai Ports World relating to the Committee on Foreign Investment in the United States review process for such acquisition; and </text></paragraph> 
<paragraph id="HB6B7BD8AE1ED4D43937619092D84DAC3"><enum>(3)</enum><text>all documents in their possession, including notes from meetings, memos, telephone and electronic mail records, logs and calendars, and records of internal discussions between the White House and the Carlyle Group during the period beginning October 1, 2005, and ending March 2, 2006, relating to the Committee on Foreign Investment in the United States review process for such acquisition.</text></paragraph></section>
