<section display-inline="yes-display-inline" section-type="undesignated-section" id="HEE16E212E245487EAC24814D2D40E400"><text>That the President is hereby requested to transmit to the House of Representatives, not later than 14 days after the date of the adoption of this resolution, copies of all information in his possession relating to the 2 most recent plan years of single-employer pension plans preceding the date of the adoption of this resolution, consisting of—</text> 
<paragraph id="H1F8C5336CDCC4EEA90763BEE90D24F9D"><enum>(1)</enum><text>information described in paragraphs (1) and (2) of <external-xref legal-doc="regulation" parsable-cite="cfr/29/4010.8">section 4010.8(a)</external-xref> of title 29, Code of Federal Regulations, with respect to such plans, and</text></paragraph> 
<paragraph id="HBC76BA3F9E7341D5A2A92BA458C9A909"><enum>(2)</enum><text>the identity of the contributing sponsors of such plans.</text></paragraph></section>
