<section id="H0745DB5F3AC54E2A99F56F5FE6505236" section-type="section-one" display-inline="no-display-inline"><enum>1.</enum><header>Designation of California State Route 99 as high priority corridor on National Highway System</header><text display-inline="no-display-inline">Section 1105(c) of the Intermodal Surface Transportation Efficiency Act of 1991 (105 Stat. 2032; 112 Stat. 191; 118 Stat. 293) is amended by adding at the end the following new paragraph:</text>

<paragraph id="H3C5E95F086A2477498499510136F3977"><enum>(46)</enum><text>The California Farm-to-Market Corridor. California State Route 99 from south of Bakersfield to Sacramento, California.</text></paragraph><after-quoted-block>.</after-quoted-block></quoted-block></section> 
<section id="H6CB74CF775CE49B892D314D66BEB2C5C"><enum>2.</enum><header>Designation of California State Route 99 as future route on Interstate System</header><text display-inline="no-display-inline">Subject to the requirements of <external-xref legal-doc="usc" parsable-cite="usc/23/103">section 103(c)(4)(B)</external-xref> of title 23, United States Code, the Secretary of Transportation shall designate California State Route 99 from south of Bakersfield to Sacramento, California, as a future route on the Interstate System. </text></section>
