<section id="H53965C3C717D4A0F9D659FBC3C4187AF"><enum>2.</enum><header>Check cashing and money transfer services offered within the field of membership</header><text display-inline="no-display-inline">Paragraph (12) of section 107 of the <act-name parsable-cite="FCUA">Federal Credit Union Act</act-name> (<external-xref legal-doc="usc" parsable-cite="usc/12/1757">12 U.S.C. 1757(12)</external-xref>) is amended to read as follows:</text>

<subparagraph id="HA9821339A9404D3700AECEA73DDC9833"><enum>(A)</enum><text>to sell, to persons in the field of membership, negotiable checks (including travelers checks), money orders, and other similar money transfer instruments (including electronic fund transfers); and</text></subparagraph> 
<subparagraph id="HA241F8B23A09495CA4653600EF825BEF"><enum>(B)</enum><text>to cash checks and money orders and receive electronic fund transfers for persons in the field of membership for a fee;</text></subparagraph></paragraph><after-quoted-block>.</after-quoted-block></quoted-block></section>
