<section id="H3398FF6C162A4455897C80F81981BEA" section-type="section-one"><enum>1.</enum><header>Amendment to <enum-in-header>17</enum-in-header> U.S.C. <enum-in-header>119</enum-in-header></header><text display-inline="no-display-inline"><external-xref legal-doc="usc" parsable-cite="usc/17/119">Section 119(a)(7)(B)</external-xref> of title 17, United States Code, is amended by inserting after clause (ii) the following:</text>

<quoted-block-continuation-text quoted-block-continuation-text-level="subparagraph">The court may, at any time, approve a settlement agreement executed after December 1, 2006, by 1 or more plaintiffs and 1 or more defendants in connection with litigation that resulted in the entry of an injunction under clause (i) or (ii) of this subparagraph, and may modify such injunction accordingly.</quoted-block-continuation-text><after-quoted-block>.</after-quoted-block></quoted-block> </section>
