<official-title>To provide a new effective date for the applicability of certain provisions of law to <external-xref legal-doc="public-law" parsable-cite="pl/105/331">Public Law 105–331</external-xref>.</official-title>

<section display-inline="yes-display-inline" id="H12A87690D222432800006E5BF58FB23E" section-type="undesignated-section"><text display-inline="yes-display-inline">That notwithstanding any other provision of law, for the purposes of <external-xref legal-doc="public-law" parsable-cite="pl/105/331">Public Law 105–331</external-xref>, the end of the 2-year<linebreak/><pagebreak/> period specified in subparagraph (B) of <external-xref legal-doc="usc" parsable-cite="usc/31/5134">section 5134(f)(1)</external-xref> of title 31, United States Code, shall be July 1, 2007.</text> </section>
