		<section display-inline="no-display-inline" id="H3C0EF8CE6EBE474D9EF622DB11AF2083" section-type="section-one"><enum>1.</enum><header>Short title</header><text display-inline="no-display-inline">This Act may be cited as the
			 <quote><short-title>Santa Rosa Urban Water Reuse
			 Plan</short-title> Act</quote>.</text>
		</section><section id="H23AC5C70F54E4DC88825A3B72667B1BB"><enum>2.</enum><header>Project
			 authorization</header>
			<subsection id="HDA5C0AAEB27C4C30BAADD078067D6C50"><enum>(a)</enum><header>In
			 general</header><text>The Reclamation Wastewater and Groundwater Study and
			 Facilities Act (<external-xref legal-doc="public-law" parsable-cite="pl/102/575">Public Law 102–575</external-xref>, title XVI; <external-xref legal-doc="usc" parsable-cite="usc/43/390h">43 U.S.C. 390h et seq.</external-xref>) is
			 amended by adding at the end the following new section:</text>
				<quoted-block display-inline="no-display-inline" id="H3ED7D38F88174BBBAF0061D4E6FA2F37" style="OLC">
					<section id="HE050F2133361426DA2D7D2D1C274E7D6"><enum>16__.</enum><header>City of Santa
				Rosa, California, Urban Water Reuse Plan</header>
						<subsection id="H8B779347A3334C1CB358FD91AFAF73A7"><enum>(a)</enum><header>Authorization</header><text display-inline="yes-display-inline">The Secretary, in cooperation with the City
				of Santa Rosa, California, is authorized to participate in the design,
				planning, and construction of projects to implement the plan titled
				<quote>Santa Rosa Urban Water Reuse Plan</quote>.</text>
						</subsection><subsection id="HFCEDCDB4AB68459D99DA3F595BE5DF93"><enum>(b)</enum><header>Cost
				share</header><text display-inline="yes-display-inline">The Federal share of
				the costs of the projects authorized by this section shall not exceed 25
				percent of the total cost. The Secretary shall credit the City of Santa Rosa
				with the value of all expenditures made before the date of the enactment of
				this section that are used toward completion of projects that are compatible
				with this section.</text>
						</subsection><subsection id="H468BABE35ABA424080E61C1369F02619"><enum>(c)</enum><header>Limitation</header><text>Federal
				funds shall not be used for the operation or maintenance of a project
				authorized by this section.</text>
						</subsection><subsection id="H662ED95A0777477C98D882ABFC878100"><enum>(d)</enum><header>Authorization of
				appropriations</header><text>There is authorized to be appropriated to carry
				out this section
				$20,000,000.</text>
						</subsection></section><after-quoted-block>.</after-quoted-block></quoted-block>
			</subsection><subsection id="H8975A3CD32E2488FB471BE6668000955"><enum>(b)</enum><header>Conforming
			 Amendment</header><text>The table of sections in section 2 of Public Law
			 102–575 is amended by inserting after the last item relating to title XVI the
			 following:</text>
