		<official-title>To authorize a major medical facility project for the
		  Department of Veterans Affairs at the Department of Veterans Affairs Medical

		<section id="H20700163AF924AB6992C30C287C31664" section-type="section-one"><enum>1.</enum><header>Authorization of major
			 medical facility construction project, American Lake, Washington</header>
			<subsection id="HA8BD03DD83844FE28454D72B004D814E"><enum>(a)</enum><header>Project
			 Authorization</header><text>The Secretary of Veterans Affairs may carry out a
			 major medical facility project for seismic correction, including replacement of
			 the nursing home care unit (NHCU) and dietetics facilities, of the Department
			 of Veterans Affairs Medical Center, American Lake, Washington, in an amount not
			 to exceed $38,220,000.</text>
			</subsection><subsection id="H0D7AF9E9D1F54C9E9DCEEEDF1EFF6590"><enum>(b)</enum><header>Authorization of
			 Appropriations</header><text>There is authorized to be appropriated to the
			 Secretary of Veterans Affairs for fiscal year 2007 for the Construction, Major
			 Projects, account, $38,220,000 for the project authorized in subsection
			 (a).</text>
			</subsection><subsection id="HE7387F18FF1C44D6BB4EC27414BAFB12"><enum>(c)</enum><header>Limitation</header><text>The
			 project authorized in subsection (a) may only be carried out using—</text>
				<paragraph id="H9AB357D7ECBD4DB2A2594E28375B34B8"><enum>(1)</enum><text>funds appropriated
			 for fiscal year 2007 pursuant to the authorization of appropriations in
			 subsection (b);</text>
				</paragraph><paragraph id="HA4D00775CF28445E90ECFF1746FDFC4D"><enum>(2)</enum><text>funds available
			 for Construction, Major Projects, for a fiscal year before fiscal year 2007
			 that remain available for obligation;</text>
				</paragraph><paragraph id="H67B0AADA3D3D4477937C33D2CFE22230"><enum>(3)</enum><text>funds available
			 for Construction, Major Projects, for a fiscal year after fiscal year 2007 that
			 remain available for obligation; and</text>
				</paragraph><paragraph id="HF9451511A79E4E13B415CB41B28216CD"><enum>(4)</enum><text>funds appropriated
			 for Construction, Major Projects, for fiscal year 2007 for a category of
			 activity not specific to a project.</text>
