<section section-type="section-one" id="H5C1CBADF18DB4717008B5D4BFB891C8F" display-inline="no-display-inline"><enum>1.</enum><header>Highway signs relating to veterans cemeteries</header>
<subsection id="HA3E82E6676D9427AAFBACF66C45CC72C"><enum>(a)</enum><header>In general</header><text>Notwithstanding the terms of any agreement entered into by the Secretary of Transportation and a State under section <external-xref legal-doc="usc" parsable-cite="usc/23/109">109(d)</external-xref> or <external-xref legal-doc="usc" parsable-cite="usc/23/402">402(a)</external-xref> of title 23, United States Code, a veterans cemetery shall be treated as a site for which a supplemental guide sign may be placed on any Federal-aid highway.</text></subsection>
<subsection id="H4B69FE44A5654286B73077989FD3D4AD"><enum>(b)</enum><header>Applicability</header><text>Subsection (a) shall apply to an agreement entered into before, on, or after the date of enactment of this Act.</text></subsection></section>
