		<official-title>To amend the Florida National Forest Land Management Act
		  of 2003 to authorize the conveyance of an additional tract of National Forest
		  System land under that Act, and for other purposes.</official-title>

		<section display-inline="no-display-inline" id="H301B0C1715204BF9906D5360911DADB3" section-type="section-one"><enum>1.</enum><header>Conveyances under Florida
			 National Forest Land Management Act of 2003</header>
			<subsection id="HBBAAB1DFA60A4D3D90803300EE8C002D"><enum>(a)</enum><header>Additional
			 conveyance authorized</header><text display-inline="yes-display-inline">Subsection (b) of section 3 of the Florida
			 National Forest Land Management Act of 2003 (<external-xref legal-doc="public-law" parsable-cite="pl/108/152">Public Law 108–152</external-xref>; 117 Stat.
			 1919) is amended—</text>
				<paragraph id="H74BEEA26E5FD4983B6B3D65EBD45CE30"><enum>(1)</enum><text>by striking
			 <quote>and</quote> at the end of paragraph (17);</text>
				</paragraph><paragraph id="HF9EA874ECA514AC387BA3CE0F900AD79"><enum>(2)</enum><text>by redesignating
			 paragraph (18) as paragraph (19);</text>
				</paragraph><paragraph id="HDE4A197A908F4AB5AD0574063BC13533"><enum>(3)</enum><text>by inserting after
			 paragraph (17) the following new paragraph:</text>
					<quoted-block display-inline="no-display-inline" id="HE850A964E5A540E88F1108685EE3B715" style="OLC">
						<paragraph id="H2557AB77439848AFB712641892025F74"><enum>(18)</enum><text display-inline="yes-display-inline">tract W–1979, located in Leon County
				consisting of approximately 114 acres, within T. 1 S., R. 1 W., sec.25;
				and</text>
						</paragraph><after-quoted-block>;
				and</after-quoted-block></quoted-block>
				</paragraph><paragraph id="H4C55F1E8A7304A8DAAF45F754DC820CA"><enum>(4)</enum><text>in paragraph (19),
			 as so redesignated, by striking <quote>(17)</quote> and inserting
			 <quote>(18)</quote>.</text>
				</paragraph></subsection><subsection id="HF3C33863DFAE416E9D696648CD04D520"><enum>(b)</enum><header>Additional use
			 of proceeds</header><text display-inline="yes-display-inline">Paragraph (2) of
			 subsection (i) of such section (117 Stat. 1921) is amended—</text>
				<paragraph id="HA67A3C327E2045BA9DF1E08194D8AF00"><enum>(1)</enum><text>by striking
			 <quote>and</quote> at the end of subparagraph (A);</text>
				</paragraph><paragraph id="H7AB7D8B4F3B64D42B4D464A5E13284F5"><enum>(2)</enum><text>by striking the
			 period at the end of subparagraph (B) and inserting <quote>; and</quote>;
			 and</text>
				</paragraph><paragraph id="H7CB93D9DA6D049D3A3FD267500B3E100"><enum>(3)</enum><text>by adding at the
			 end the following new subparagraph:</text>
					<quoted-block display-inline="no-display-inline" id="H6DF797F5C2224196A16C3CE5BD481046" style="OLC">
						<subparagraph id="HE19916F9EF654E37A9E0DD6F2C72A459"><enum>(C)</enum><text display-inline="yes-display-inline">acquisition, construction, or maintenance
				of administrative improvements for units of the National Forest System in the
				State.</text>
						</subparagraph><after-quoted-block>.</after-quoted-block></quoted-block>
				</paragraph></subsection><subsection id="H75CF4CE8B7B44D2AB650E43B8244410"><enum>(c)</enum><header>Limitations on
			 use of proceeds</header><text>Subsection (i) of such section is further amended
			 by adding at the end the following new paragraphs:</text>
				<quoted-block display-inline="no-display-inline" id="HBA4D6EB698354376849072A184BCE937" style="OLC">
					<paragraph id="HE1EECFFD43E64DA993EB5F35DB1B700"><enum>(3)</enum><header>Geographical and
				use restriction for certain conveyance</header><text display-inline="yes-display-inline">Notwithstanding paragraph (2), proceeds
				from the sale or exchange of the tract described in subsection (b)(18) shall be
				used exclusively for the purchase of inholdings in the Apalachicola National
				Forest.</text>
					</paragraph><paragraph id="HD43DCE0FF14E4D9A85366C4BC1216D37"><enum>(4)</enum><header>Restriction on
				use of proceeds for administrative improvements</header><text display-inline="yes-display-inline">Proceeds from any sale or exchange of land
				under this Act may be used for administrative improvements, as authorized by
				paragraph (2)(C), only if the land generating the proceeds was improved with
				infrastructure.</text>
