		  increase in the age of minor children whose unearned income is taxed as if

		<section id="HCBC8D55C25F14E09A1F2359BFB6F754C" section-type="section-one"><enum>1.</enum><header>Repeal of increase in the age
			 of minor children whose unearned income is taxed as if parent’s income</header>
			<subsection id="H3E6146547FD740E798986C455FFFCB78"><enum>(a)</enum><header>In
			 general</header><text>Subparagraph (A) of section 1(g)(2) of the Internal
			 Revenue Code of 1986 (relating to child to whom subsection applies), as amended
			 by the Tax Increase Prevention and Reconciliation Act of 2005, is amended by
			 striking <quote>age 18</quote> and inserting <quote>age 14</quote>.</text>
			</subsection><subsection id="H3E480C7463DF425D8165D85ED0C23726"><enum>(b)</enum><header>Effective
			 date</header><text>The amendment made by subsection (a) shall apply to taxable
			 years beginning after December 31, 2005.</text>
