<section id="H7EA621E873AE4F6591E7FA864ECAF0" section-type="section-one" display-inline="no-display-inline"><enum>1.</enum><header>Report on effects of hurricanes</header> 
<subsection id="H2E12B207C3B54941AD307E566811521F"><enum>(a)</enum><header>In general</header><text display-inline="yes-display-inline">Not later than 180 days after the date of the enactment of this Act, the Administrator of the National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration shall report to the Congress on the effects of Hurricanes Katrina, Rita, and Wilma on the fisheries and fish habitat of the United States.</text></subsection> 
<subsection id="H72DD375B1E5B468585686E19D42FBAB3"><enum>(b)</enum><header>Contents</header><text display-inline="yes-display-inline">The report shall include a description of the effects of such hurricanes on—</text> 
<paragraph id="H68108A5D41354BD28D4900D27E42E18E"><enum>(1)</enum><text>commercial and recreational fisheries; </text></paragraph> 
<paragraph id="H145CB5D6014E4D2091217CA38D39EA85"><enum>(2)</enum><text> owners and operators of shrimp fishing vessels; and</text></paragraph> 
<paragraph id="HF1811309D4DD4E6B96A84ECCE2699D85"><enum>(3)</enum><text>the oyster industry.</text></paragraph></subsection></section>
