<section section-type="section-one" id="HA51BFD9B16AD45CFA9B4A253783B5751" display-inline="no-display-inline"><enum>1.</enum><header>Short title</header><text display-inline="no-display-inline">This Act may be cited as the <quote><short-title>Dandini Research Park Conveyance Act</short-title></quote>.</text></section> 
<section id="HC0107029B3B04FC3898BA8C63BD9309"><enum>2.</enum><header>Definitions</header><text display-inline="no-display-inline">In this Act:</text> 
<paragraph id="HA52CB11C4F6D450A9499001BE7C5F8E2"><enum>(1)</enum><header>Board of Regents</header><text>The term <term>Board of Regents</term> means the Board of Regents of the University and Community College System of Nevada.</text></paragraph> 
<paragraph id="H93165C87BD6347B5BE16E709092C3504"><enum>(2)</enum><header>Secretary</header><text>The term <term>Secretary</term> means the Secretary of the Interior.</text></paragraph></section> 
<section id="H8596D82790BA4D41AAC6ACB648EA82B9"><enum>3.</enum><header>Conveyance to the University and Community College System of Nevada</header> 
<subsection id="HA98572645B764E2FABA39B6D7E038962"><enum>(a)</enum><header>Conveyance</header> 
<paragraph id="H5FC825B98DDD4E9BAC76BF26DB977EAC"><enum>(1)</enum><header>In general</header><text>The Secretary shall convey to the Board of Regents, without consideration, all right, title, and interest of the United States in and to the approximately 467 acres of land located in Washoe County, Nevada, patented to the University of Nevada under the Act of June 14, 1926 (commonly known as the <quote>Recreation and Public Purposes Act</quote>) (<external-xref legal-doc="usc" parsable-cite="usc/43/869">43 U.S.C. 869 et seq.</external-xref>), and described in paragraph (2).</text></paragraph> 
<paragraph id="HBB7A9BCA92B942F0AD87C08DDD64C380"><enum>(2)</enum><header>Description of land</header><text>The land referred to in paragraph (1) is—</text> 
<subparagraph id="H4EC270BF0DEA44688DB97EA3D83D3051"><enum>(A)</enum><text>the parcel of land consisting of approximately 309.11 acres and more particularly described as T. 20 N., R. 19 E., Sec. 25, lots 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, and 11, SE <fraction>1/4</fraction> NW <fraction>1/4</fraction>, NE <fraction>1/4</fraction> SW <fraction>1/4</fraction>, Mount Diablo Meridian, Nevada; and</text></subparagraph> 
<subparagraph id="HF0E77AC54F004FDD90A39D00E0F6CBE"><enum>(B)</enum><text>the parcel of land consisting of approximately 158.22 acres and more particularly described as T. 20 N., R. 19 E., Sec. 25, lots 6 and 7, SW <fraction>1/4</fraction> NE <fraction>1/4</fraction>, NW <fraction>1/4</fraction> SE <fraction>1/4</fraction>, Mount Diablo Meridian, Nevada.</text></subparagraph></paragraph></subsection> 
<subsection id="H652DB5BF30E848708CD94C6D44431478"><enum>(b)</enum><header>Costs</header><text>The Board of Regents shall pay to the United States an amount equal to the costs of the Secretary associated with the conveyance under subsection (a)(1).</text></subsection> 
<subsection id="H99533AE49CE2446795DFE447DB3CB770"><enum>(c)</enum><header>Conditions</header><text>If the Board of Regents sells any portion of the land conveyed to the Board of Regents under subsection (a)(1)—</text> 
<paragraph id="HA0F3C7DD797744D98F225D994F917C07"><enum>(1)</enum><text>the amount of consideration for the sale shall reflect fair market value, as determined by an appraisal; and</text></paragraph> 
<paragraph id="H824AE3A2A3F34431B577FD17DE181000"><enum>(2)</enum><text>the Board of Regents shall pay to the Secretary an amount equal to the net proceeds of the sale, for use by the Director of the Bureau of Land Management in the State of Nevada, without further appropriation.</text></paragraph></subsection></section>
