<section section-type="section-one" id="H2B1B6194171748E3B37EBEDA7C798B7F" display-inline="no-display-inline"><enum>1.</enum><header>Short title</header><text display-inline="no-display-inline">This Act may be cited as the <quote><short-title>National Right-to-Work Act</short-title></quote>.</text></section>
<section id="H7BCCC51C28A5477F86A647DB3E88DD6D"><enum>2.</enum><header>Amendments to the national labor relations Act</header>
<subsection id="HC3AC70EEBA25491EAD6BBA417F8EC230"><enum>(a)</enum><text>Section 7 of the National Labor Relations Act (the <quote>Act</quote>) (<external-xref legal-doc="usc" parsable-cite="usc/29/157">29 U.S.C. 157</external-xref>) is amended by striking <quote>except to</quote> and all that follows through <quote>authorized in section 8(a)(3)</quote>.</text></subsection>
<subsection id="H84508FEAB7A54E0BB4A6624FF09052A1"><enum>(b)</enum><text>Section 8(a) of the Act (<external-xref legal-doc="usc" parsable-cite="usc/29/158">29 U.S.C. 158(a)</external-xref>) is amended by striking <quote>: <italic>Provided, </italic>That</quote> and all that follows through <quote>retaining membership</quote> in paragraph (3).</text></subsection>
<subsection id="HD9A797A63F7F45448E96EDD07162CFB4"><enum>(c)</enum><text>Section 8(b) of the Act (<external-xref legal-doc="usc" parsable-cite="usc/29/158">29 U.S.C. 158(b)</external-xref>) is amended by striking <quote>or to discriminate</quote> and all that follows through <quote>retaining membership</quote> in paragraph (2) and by striking <quote>covered by an agreement authorized under subsection (a)(3) of this section</quote> in paragraph (5).</text></subsection>
<subsection id="H792347A0A5F24296A9A0CC5BE74B3E30"><enum>(d)</enum><text>Section 8(f) of the Act (<external-xref legal-doc="usc" parsable-cite="usc/29/158">29 U.S.C. 158(f)</external-xref>) is amended by striking clause (2) and by redesignating clauses (3) and (4) as (2) and (3), respectively.</text></subsection></section>
<section id="H837EB1967162482C83FA4680BB4D9592"><enum>3.</enum><header>Amendment to the Railway Labor Act</header><text display-inline="no-display-inline">Section 2 of the Railway Labor Act (<external-xref legal-doc="usc" parsable-cite="usc/45/152">45 U.S.C. 152</external-xref>) is amended by striking paragraph Eleventh.</text></section>
