			 <quote><short-title>Physicians for Underserved Areas
			 Act</short-title></quote>.</text>
		</section><section commented="no" display-inline="no-display-inline" id="HB20FE1522844462596637192CB6623C" section-type="subsequent-section"><enum>2.</enum><header display-inline="yes-display-inline">Waiver of foreign country residence
			 requirement with respect to international medical graduates</header><text display-inline="no-display-inline">Section 220(c) of the Immigration and
			 Nationality Technical Corrections Act of 1994 (<external-xref legal-doc="usc" parsable-cite="usc/8/1182">8 U.S.C. 1182</external-xref> note;
			 Public Law
			 103–416) (as amended by section 1(a)(1) of
			 Public Law
			 108–441) is amended by striking <quote>June 1, 2006.</quote>
			 and inserting <quote>June 1, 2008.</quote>.</text>
		</section><section commented="no" display-inline="no-display-inline" id="HE358E8DBFF9B409AAFE666B6005CE100" section-type="subsequent-section"><enum>3.</enum><header display-inline="yes-display-inline">Effective
			 date</header><text display-inline="no-display-inline">The amendment made by
			 section 2 shall take effect as if enacted on May 31, 2006.</text>
