<section id="H5C28ADBCACA2417C8F8DBA191FE6F95" section-type="section-one" display-inline="no-display-inline"><enum>1.</enum><header>Mandatory revocation of passports of individuals who are more than $5,000 in arrears in child support payments</header><text display-inline="no-display-inline">Section 452(k) of the Social Security Act (<external-xref legal-doc="usc" parsable-cite="usc/42/652">42 U.S.C. 652(k)</external-xref>) is amended—</text> 
<paragraph id="H7C6E47882FED4D36A12EC8E910E84381"><enum>(1)</enum><text>in paragraph (1), by striking <quote>, revocation, or limitation</quote> and inserting <quote>or revocation</quote>; and</text></paragraph> 
<paragraph id="HE4104868E4614A36B015E6B5E53CEF24"><enum>(2)</enum><text>in paragraph (2), by striking <quote>may revoke, restrict, or limit</quote> and inserting <quote>shall revoke</quote>.</text></paragraph></section>
